These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2urly Connections Platform, including our public URL shortening services, custom branded links, QR Code generator, Link-in-Bio microsites (`2urly.com/@username`), application programming interfaces (APIs), and related web services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services—whether as an unregistered guest or a registered account holder—you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Scope of Services

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Guest URL Shortening vs. Registered Workspace Accounts

2urly provides instant URL shortening on our homepage without requiring account registration. Links shortened as a guest are subject to all security, anti-abuse, and Acceptable Use provisions in these Terms. To claim a custom Link-in-Bio page (`2urly.com/@username`), manage link history across devices, or access click analytics, you must register for an account and provide accurate contact information.

3. Strict Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

2urly maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward spam, phishing, malware, and deceptive practices. You agree NOT to use 2urly to shorten, distribute, or redirect to any URL that contains or promotes:

• Phishing & Credential Harvesting: Fake login portals, banking impersonation, crypto-drainers, or deceptive social engineering pages.
• Malware & Exploits: Direct executable payloads (`.exe`, `.apk`, `.scr`, `.bat`, `.msi`), ransomware, trojans, spyware, or drive-by downloads.
• Unlawful & Harmful Content: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism, illegal narcotics, or human trafficking.
• Bulk Unsolicited Spam: Unsolicited commercial email (UBE/spam), SMS/RCS smishing campaigns, or automated botnet comment spam.
• Direct IP Obfuscation: Raw numeric IPv4/IPv6 destination addresses designed to bypass network firewalls.

We reserve the right to immediately disable, suspend, or permanently terminate any shortened link, QR code, Bio Page, or user account suspected of violating this Section without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content License

All software, design systems, trademarks, logos, and routing technology powering 2urly.com are the exclusive property of 2urly.com Inc. You retain ownership of the destination content and Bio Page text you submit, and grant 2urly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, route, and display such links solely to provide the Services.

5. DMCA Copyright Infringement & Takedown Procedure

2urly respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Copyright owners may submit a formal notice of alleged infringement via our Abuse & DMCA Portal including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the exact 2urly.com short URL or Bio Page URL, (c) contact information, and (d) a statement made under penalty of perjury.

6. Service Availability, SLA & Modifications

While 2urly operates on a globally distributed, high-availability edge architecture, free Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Paid Enterprise plans are governed by their applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 2URLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL 2URLY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO 2URLY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
